We’re delighted to share that Red-Inc has been shortlisted for three categories at the upcoming 2025 BOSS Awards, including a sustainable office supplies award.
The event takes place on 27th November at the Kimpton Clocktower Hotel in Manchester.
The BOSS Awards celebrate excellence across the UK business supplies industry. They recognise innovation, leadership, service, and sustainability. Being shortlisted in three categories is a huge honour for our team. Importantly, it highlights our reputation in the UK’s sustainable office supplies award space.
Sustainable Leadership – Sustainable Office Supplies Award
The judges recognised Red-Inc’s long-term commitment to climate action, transparency, and measurable impact. We became the world’s first office supplies company with validated SBTi net zero targets. Our initiatives – from carbon-cutting delivery programmes to tree planting and rainforest protection through ‘Plant One, Protect One’ – continue to drive meaningful change in the sustainable office supplies sector. As a result, our nomination for Sustainable Leadership feels especially significant.
Rising Star of the Year
The judges also recognised our very own wonderful Jade for her exceptional growth and contribution since joining in 2024. At just 22, she manages key client communications and oversees complex projects. Above all, she earns glowing feedback for her professionalism, calmness under pressure, and willingness to go above and beyond.
Business Leader of the Year
The BOSS Awards shortlisted our founder, Adam Huttly, for his principled, purpose-led leadership. Adam founded Red-Inc in 2008 to prove business can be a force for good. Since then, we have become a B Corp, achieved double-digit growth, and pioneered client-focused sustainability reporting.
